LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Elisabeth Moss, one of the stars of "Mad Men," has been cast opposite Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant in the romantic comedy "Did You Hear About the Morgans?"
Parker and Grant are starring as an estranged high-powered New York couple who witness a murder and are placed in a witness-protection program in a small Wyoming town.
Moss will play Parker's executive assistant with a controlling and almost obsessive-compulsive personality.
Marc Lawrence will direct the Columbia Pictures project from his own script. Production will begin in May in New York.
The project is Moss' first feature role since appearing in AMC's awards darling "Mad Men." She was nominated for a SAG Award this year for her role as naive new girl-turned-savvy office player Peggy Olson.
Her feature credits include "Girl, Interrupted," "The Missing" and "Mumford." Moss made her Broadway debut last year in David Mamet's "Speed-the-Plow," which ended its run February 22.
